NEW BILL THE EMMETT TILL BILL
As of this date _______/________/____________/ all jury will be totally racially balance. There is no doubt that lawyer mostly white lawyer have dismiss black and other minority to create a all white or mostly white jury! They believe that whites all believe the same about minorities. This practice has results in a disproportion of incarceration of minorities!
As of the date above all jury will be racially balance if a defendant is a white male. There must be (6) white males and (6) minority juror. If the defendant is a black male. There must be (6) black males and (6) white juror. If the defendant is a white female there be (6) white females and (6) minority juror. The same practice will be use for all races and genders!
If a company is the defendant and the owner is white the racially balance practice is applied!
If a company is the defendant and the owner is black the racially balance practice is applied!
If a company is the defendant and the owner is Hispanic the racially balance practice is applied!
If a company is the defendant and the owner is Arab the racially balance practice is applied!
If the need to comply with this bill means the City, State, or Federal Government must bus in or fly in American citizen THAT WILL BE DONE!

Emmett Louis "Bobo" Till (July 25, 1941 – August 28, 1955) was an African American young man from Chicago, Illinois, who was murdered at the age of 14 in Money, Mississippi, a small town in the state's Delta region, after reportedly whistling at a white woman. The murder of Emmett Till was noted as one of the leading events that motivated the American Civil Rights Movement.The two white suspects were acquitted by a all white racist jury Later both white men admitted to the murder and sold their story to a magazine. The all white jury was a total joke none had any respect for the court system or black people! Nor did the white judge!
