WHERE ARE THE AMERICAN POLITICIAN
Aiyana Jones has been dead a couple of months and their is no legislation to change the wrongful death of American citizen especially children during a police raid. Their is not a bill on the floor of the Senate to protect children and senior citizen from police raids that might go wrong and cause accidental death! Or raids of the wrong home that end in death. Police officer are still making mistakes in black neighborhoods by raiding the wrong home and given a past by our government to murder beat and disrespect innocent black people! Aiyana Jones was innocent and sleeping and the cop that murder her should never be a police officer and never be able to own a firearm. Immediately he should have been fire! That would have been the respectable thing to do in respect for the child's wrongful death! Aiyana Jones death was the highest form of negligent by police officers and should had warrant the dismissal of the supervisor and the police officer responsible for the murder of Aiyana Jones! My question is where are the taxpayer's Politician? Where is the justice for Aiyana Jones? Why should we as a people have to tell the government that Aiyana Jones death was WRONG WRONG WRONG! Why is it that white police officers are given a past to murder black males, black children,black senior citizen females and black police officers and are back to work before the body in the ground! No other profession will tolerate accidental death of co-workers and continue to be employed at the same job! But white cops can murder black cops and be promoted at their job! Why haven't a politician at lease introduce a bill that would fire a cop the accidentally kill another cop!

The suspect will be arrest and if convicted will serve as many years as there are people in that establishment.That could be incarceration or probation! If the suspect murder anyone during his or her rampage he or she will be executed immediately!
The suspect whether incarcerate or place on probation. Will be sentence to a "Yellow Uniform" for the life of his or her sentencing! He or she can wear nothing but that "Yellow Uniform"! He or she will also be made to shave his or her hair bald nor facial hair and must maintain for the duration of the sentence. No jewelry of any kind can be wore the duration of the sentencing!
If the suspect is a juvenile and the weapon he or she use belongs to the parents. The parents will be charge along with their child! Those parent can never ever own a gun nor can they live in a resident of a gun owner! If the suspect had mental issue and was sold a legal gun that gun shop will pay a fine if a mental check was not conducted! $10,000
No more then fifteen dollars on the person at any times and his or her "DOC" Id card! The "Yellow Uniform" inmate cannot own a gun nor can they live in a resident of a gun owner! The "Yellow Uniform inmate can not purchase drink or enter a establishment that sells alcohol. The "Yellow Uniform inmate can not smoke in public nor can he or she purchase cigarette.
If the "Yellow Uniform inmate violate while in uniform the sentence start over plus the new charge! The "Yellow Uniform will clearly state ( in big letters) the inmate number. That number can be fed into a computer and information of the inmate crime and his or her address!

That officer or officers are fire and charge appropriately! The officer or officers can never work for law enforcement of a security company. The officer or officers can never own a gun nor can they live in residents of gun owners!
No more then one officer can draw his gun on a citizen when there is clearly one citizen involve! No citizen can be order to the ground and no police officer can place their knee on the citizen head back or neck! The citizen will be order to turn from the officer and put their hands behind their back and are immediately handcuff and place in the patrol car. Not made to laid on a hot patrol car!
No officer can put their hand or and type of instrument in the citizen mouth in order to retrieve drugs or anything! No officer can choke a citizen to gain compliance! No officer can taser a citizen that won't stop talking! Nor can a citizen be taser for not signing a traffic ticket!

The DYFS worker are place in the department to over see any citizen transaction with police officers. The DYFS workers will also have power to terminate and or suspend police officers for abuse of citizen!

The police officer can never work for any type of law enforcement or security company. If the abuse results in death of the citizen. The officer will be charge with murder and sentence to age of the citizen plus his age!
No juvenile can be question by a police officer without a DYFS worker present! No Juvenile can be strip search without a DYFS worker present! Both police and DYFS worker must be the same sex of the citizen being strip search! The parent of the juvenile must be contacted immediately!

As of this date _____/_____/____________/ no American police officer can murder a unarmed American citizen and remain a police officer! Especially if he or she shoots a person in the back faces down! He or she will be fire immediately! And charge with a crime! If the American citizen is unarmed and under the age of 18 years of age! The police Officer be charge with "first degree murder"! If the unarmed American citizen is unarmed and innocent and is injure by being beaten or taser a cop that is found to use unnecessary force! That cop cannot ever have use of that equipment! He or she will be fire immediately!
All raids that are conducted officers must investigate first that children under the age of 12 ARE NOT PRESENT! If a child or children are present under the age of 12 years old. A raid cannot be conducted! If a senior citizen is present over the age of 60 year old a raid cannot be conducted!
A cop CANNOT taser a pregnant American citizen or senior citizen! If a pregnant citizen is injure from being taser that officer will be charge with double offences! Police can no longer place American citizen on the ground to handcuff nor can they place a knee on a American citizen back,neck or head!

NO RESPECT FOR BLACK LIFE WHILE BLACKS ARE FIGHTING TWO WARS
African-Americans are 12 percent of the general population but make up 21 percent of military personnel and 30 percent of Army enlistees. Blacks made up 23 percent of the troops sent to the 1991 Gulf War. The Department of Defense attempted to downplay those disproportionate percentages, reporting that African-Americans were more likely to be in administrative and support jobs and therefore were less likely than white soldiers to be killed on the front lines. White soldiers made up 71 percent of the troops in the 1991 Gulf War but suffered 76 percent of the deaths. That ignores why African-Americans go into the service in the first place. Many of them are refugees from a job and collegiate environment that is disproportionately hostile to them. President Bush during the Iraq War stoked the hostility by filing a brief to the Supreme Court opposing the University of Michigan's affirmative action program. That alone is enough to make African-Americans wonder whether they are about to relive bad history. Time after time, war after war, African-Americans fought and died for the nation's agenda only to see the nation ignore or reject their issues. Black folks fought in the Revolution and slavery lasted nearly another century. Black soldiers were promised land after the Battle of New Orleans during the War of 1812 and never got it.
In the Civil War, African-Americans, then 14 percent of the population, were 20 percent of the Union casualties. Yet segregation and second-class opportunities were the rule for almost another century. Black folks fought in World War I in the hopes of winning full citizenship. They were rewarded with white race riots and pure hatred from the government. Participation in World War II and Korea further emboldened African-Americans to protest for desegregation in the military, public accommodations, school desegregation, and voting rights.
But Americans took so long to become disgusted with the lynching's and disenfranchisement of the '40s, '50s, and early '60s that the hypocrisy could not be contained. There was Martin Luther King Jr's 1968 lament ''for the poor of America who are paying the double price of smashed hopes at home and death and corruption in Vietnam.'' There was Muhammad Ali's ''I ain't got no quarrel with them Viet Cong'' because, as he said, ''no Viet Cong ever called me nigger.'' There were the protest from blacks that resulted in nothing but more hatred from the white establishment. Today during two wars blacks are still last hire first fire ( black unemployment at 16.5% in some area 22%) while fighting and dying in two wars! Arizona Governor past a bill that help to further disrespect minority and enforce "Racial Profiling"! Texas is changing history to reflect a more conservative past and other words LIE ABOUT AMERICAN PAST! Black children as young as 7 are being burn and shot to death by white police officer. Black children in New York walking home from school are subject to 'stop&frisk made to take off their shoes and some are made to drop their trousers in view of the public. Black senior citizen as old as 92 shot to death in a raid of the wrong house handcuff and allowed to died! 41 bullet murder a unarmed innocent black man Mr. Diallo!UNARMED and innocent Sean Bell murder by cops in a hail of 50 bullets.
