WHERE ARE THE AMERICAN POLITICIAN
Aiyana Jones has been dead a couple of months and their is no legislation to change the wrongful death of American citizen especially children during a police raid. Their is not a bill on the floor of the Senate to protect children and senior citizen from police raids that might go wrong and cause accidental death! Or raids of the wrong home that end in death. Police officer are still making mistakes in black neighborhoods by raiding the wrong home and given a past by our government to murder beat and disrespect innocent black people! Aiyana Jones was innocent and sleeping and the cop that murder her should never be a police officer and never be able to own a firearm. Immediately he should have been fire! That would have been the respectable thing to do in respect for the child's wrongful death! Aiyana Jones death was the highest form of negligent by police officers and should had warrant the dismissal of the supervisor and the police officer responsible for the murder of Aiyana Jones! My question is where are the taxpayer's Politician? Where is the justice for Aiyana Jones? Why should we as a people have to tell the government that Aiyana Jones death was WRONG WRONG WRONG! Why is it that white police officers are given a past to murder black males, black children,black senior citizen females and black police officers and are back to work before the body in the ground! No other profession will tolerate accidental death of co-workers and continue to be employed at the same job! But white cops can murder black cops and be promoted at their job! Why haven't a politician at lease introduce a bill that would fire a cop the accidentally kill another cop!

The suspect whether incarcerate or place on probation. Will be sentence to a "Yellow Uniform" for the life of his or her sentencing! He or she can wear nothing but that "Yellow Uniform"! He or she will also be made to shave his or her hair bald nor facial hair and must maintain for the duration of the sentence. No jewelry of any kind can be wore the duration of the sentencing!
If the suspect is a juvenile and the weapon he or she use belongs to the parents. The parents will be charge along with their child! Those parent can never ever own a gun nor can they live in a resident of a gun owner! If the suspect had mental issue and was sold a legal gun that gun shop will pay a fine if a mental check was not conducted! $10,000
No more then fifteen dollars on the person at any times and his or her "DOC" Id card! The "Yellow Uniform" inmate cannot own a gun nor can they live in a resident of a gun owner! The "Yellow Uniform inmate can not purchase drink or enter a establishment that sells alcohol. The "Yellow Uniform inmate can not smoke in public nor can he or she purchase cigarette.

No more then one officer can draw his gun on a citizen when there is clearly one citizen involve! No citizen can be order to the ground and no police officer can place their knee on the citizen head back or neck! The citizen will be order to turn from the officer and put their hands behind their back and are immediately handcuff and place in the patrol car. Not made to laid on a hot patrol car!

The DYFS worker are place in the department to over see any citizen transaction with police officers. The DYFS workers will also have power to terminate and or suspend police officers for abuse of citizen!

The police officer can never work for any type of law enforcement or security company. If the abuse results in death of the citizen. The officer will be charge with murder and sentence to age of the citizen plus his age!

He or she will be fire immediately! And charge with a crime! If the American citizen is unarmed and under the age of 18 years of age! The police Officer be charge with "first degree murder"! If the unarmed American citizen is unarmed and innocent and is injure by being beaten or taser a cop that is found to use unnecessary force! That cop cannot ever have use of that equipment! He or she will be fire immediately!
All raids that are conducted officers must investigate first that children under the age of 12 ARE NOT PRESENT! If a child or children are present under the age of 12 years old. A raid cannot be conducted! If a senior citizen is present over the age of 60 year old a raid cannot be conducted!
A cop CANNOT taser a pregnant American citizen or senior citizen! If a pregnant citizen is injure from being taser that officer will be charge with double offences! NO RESPECT FOR BLACK LIFE WHILE BLACKS ARE FIGHTING TWO WARS
African-Americans are 12 percent of the general population but make up 21 percent of military personnel and 30 percent of Army enlistees. Blacks made up 23 percent of the troops sent to the 1991 Gulf War. The Department of Defense attempted to downplay those disproportionate percentages, reporting that African-Americans were more likely to be in administrative and support jobs and therefore were less likely than white soldiers to be killed on the front lines. White soldiers made up 71 percent of the troops in the 1991 Gulf War but suffered 76 percent of the deaths. That ignores why African-Americans go into the service in the first place. Many of them are refugees from a job and collegiate environment that is disproportionately hostile to them. President Bush during the Iraq War stoked the hostility by filing a brief to the Supreme Court opposing the University of Michigan's affirmative action program. That alone is enough to make African-Americans wonder whether they are about to relive bad history. Time after time, war after war, African-Americans fought and died for the nation's agenda only to see the nation ignore or reject their issues. Black folks fought in the Revolution and slavery lasted nearly another century. Black soldiers were promised land after the Battle of New Orleans during the War of 1812 and never got it.
In the Civil War, African-Americans, then 14 percent of the population, were 20 percent of the Union casualties. Yet segregation and second-class opportunities were the rule for almost another century. Black folks fought in World War I in the hopes of winning full citizenship. They were rewarded with white race riots and pure hatred from the government. Participation in World War II and Korea further emboldened African-Americans to protest for desegregation in the military, public accommodations, school desegregation, and voting rights.
But Americans took so long to become disgusted with the lynching's and disenfranchisement of the '40s, '50s, and early '60s that the hypocrisy could not be contained. There was Martin Luther King Jr's 1968 lament ''for the poor of America who are paying the double price of smashed hopes at home and death and corruption in Vietnam.'' There was Muhammad Ali's ''I ain't got no quarrel with them Viet Cong'' because, as he said, ''no Viet Cong ever called me nigger.'' There were the protest from blacks that resulted in nothing but more hatred from the white establishment. Today during two wars blacks are still last hire first fire ( black unemployment at 16.5% in some area 22%) while fighting and dying in two wars! Arizona Governor past a bill that help to further disrespect minority and enforce "Racial Profiling"! Texas is changing history to reflect a more conservative past and other words LIE ABOUT AMERICAN PAST! Black children as young as 7 are being burn and shot to death by white police officer. Black children in New York walking home from school are subject to 'stop&frisk made to take off their shoes and some are made to drop their trousers in view of the public. I watch "Arch Enemies"a documentary about "Rudy Giuliani" vs The white Italian Mob. The program narrator spoke of Giuliani as a GOD and a super crime fighting. When in reality Giuliani was a racist evil low life opportunist that like to attack the poor and minorities! Yes yes he went after the white Italian Mob and some Wall Street criminals yes he got some conviction. But in his own family he grew up knowing Uncles and cousins where members of the white Italian gang! Never did he go after his family corrupt members! To say Giuliani is a hypocrite is a under statement! In 1997, Giuliani was embroiled in one of the gravest crises of his tenure when Haitian immigrant Abner Louima was sodomized (RAPE BY COPS) with a broken broomstick by white members of the NYPD. As horrific as that event was, tensions were further inflamed in the black community when word spread that one of the officers involved in the assault shouted out "It's Giuliani Time" during the attack. Giuliani stood behind the criminal cops and did very little to get all involve prosecuted! That is why a 92 year old black senior citizen Ms. Kathryn Johnston can be wrongly murder in a hail of 39 bullet 6 hitting it's target! Handcuff and allowed to die! Of the three white officer that participated in the wrongful murder and cover up and planting drugs. Only two went to prison for less then 11 years! Or a two year olds black child hand shot off as his mother is murder by a cop with a shot to the head while her hands where in the air as order by the cop that murder her!All because the cop heard other cops shooting and killing a dog in the backyard so he started shooting .Without one bit of caring that five black children where in the house and the boyfriend (THAT THE COPS WAS AFTER) that did not live there was not there! But nothing was done to the cop that shot off the black child's hand and murder the black mother for nothing more then she associated with a man that sold drugs! Many innocent black home are victimize and sometime million of tax payer money is paid out because of wrongful raids... but the coward lowlife unprofessional cops jobs is saved! The so-call war on drugs everybody with just one working brain cell knows. It's really a war on black people and black neighborhoods! With over 21 years of experience in law enforcement....Owner of Harvey Entertainment...( Promoter)...Former Deli owner....Former Head of Security for a high profile company former Marine father and son of a retire teacher I have seen and witness allot! I believe all Americans are the recipient of the behavior of America evil past! I also believe that we as a people CAN NOT change the past BUT we can be for each other a better future! Remember this from me ....100 years from the day of this writing....racism and hatred will continue! But everybody alive today will be dust in a box...and responsible for that FACT.... Shame on us all if we don't realize our evil ways! What a horrible evil to keep giving the next's generation! Racism and hatred does not cure cancer.... Racism and hatred does not cure heart disease.....childhood diabetes not cured by racism and hatred........ IT IS A WASTE OF TIME!

The media seem to promote stories that has nothing that directly concern the public! Rather the public gets their sick and stupid opinions which is base on bias beliefs! This latest story about Joe Sestak! Being offer a non-paying job by the white house to not run against Arlen Specter is a good example! This is nothing more then the need for 24 hour new to create a scandal! Something that has been done from the beginning of politics by all party! All the while Americans are fighting and dying in two wars! The people The public The tax payer need to boycott all news! Fox News, CNN, CNBC, MSNBC, HLN! All these media outlets should show more talk shows and documentary! The media seem to be more opinionated then informative! Collectedly all media has decide to tried to compare the worst President in the history of the country (BUSH 2) to President Obama . President Obama took on all the mess that 8 years of Bush & Cheney left behind!The BP oil spill has been blame on President Obama by the media and the Republican Party has jump on the bandwagon! The clean up is the responsibility of BP! Every American should know and understand that fact! Where the hell are the GOVERNORS of these states near the spill? Why the hell do states need GOVERNORS? A disaster happens and GOVERNORS are worthless! Where is their responsibility? It is so obvious if the President visit the golf. The media said he arrived to late or he didn't go to the right site or he should had stay longer! Then the media and the Republican Party start to talk about the President's leadership!Anderson Cooper kept saying that the public is disappointed with the President. "I'M NOT!" Anderson Cooper repeats that over and over! He also states the same talking points as all the other media outlets! Meanwhile BP is loving it the media blames the President and they take no blame. And the oil continue to flow and BP still makes millions! What should be happening is everybody concern should be picking up oil and putting it into a barrow. Never in the history of the country did the media or public blame a disaster on a President! That he had nothing to do with.... NEVER! Never in the history of media or should I say in my life time! Did the public continuously hear that" most American think this way or that way"! Or the public is angry" repeated over and over by the media!I hesitate to state my opinion BUT the first black President is getting unfairly judge for policy and laws that where hear before he was President. The white control media is showing America their bias and racist beliefs are alive and well and living in America's media! Many people both black white and others are not mad at the President! They are concern about jobs! They understand that President Obama came into officer with horrible condition unlike any other President before him. Number # 13. 1. While Americans are fighting and dying in two wars one in Afghanistan one in Iraq three unarmed black men are shot at over 50 times. Sean Bell was shot four times and died! The unarmed passenger in the front seat was shot 19 times and lived . The back seat unarmed passenger was shot three times ones in the car then chase and shot two more times. All because a undercover cop said he overheard one of the men say "they where going to get a gun! No gun was found! But the cops lie and said a forth man that never was found nor anyone other then the police officer saw had the gun. The American justice system said to the victim TOO-BAD SO-SAD cop where justify!
2. While Americans are fighting and dying in two wars one in Afghanistan one in Iraq a 92 year old black women was shot at 39 times 6 bullets hit their mark killing the 92 year old senior citizen in her home. Then the three white cops handcuff the dead woman and planted drugs in her home. All because they raided the WRONG home! Ms. Johnston was nothing more then a nigger to these cops! The cops receive less then year for their crimes!

Killing the man and the four white undercover where justify by our American count system! 13 bullet where found in Mr. Diallo feet. The unarmed passenger in the front seat was shot 19 times and lived . The back seat unarmed passenger was shot three times ones in the car then chase and shot two more times. All because a undercover cop said he overheard one of the men say "they where going to get a gun! No gun was found! But the cops lie and said a forth man that never was found nor anyone other then the police officer saw had the gun. The American justice system said to the victim TOO-BAD SO-SAD cop where justify!
